Attendance
We ask that you arrive on-time for each session. Appointments will end on the regular scheduled time regardless of when your child arrives.
Cancellations
Please call or text at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments will be billed in full for the therapy session. If your child is sick, appointments may be cancelled without charge--please keep your child home if they are ill!
Parent Participation
We encourage parents to stay and participate in each therapy session with their child. This allows parents to become familiar with therapy techniques and home programming.
Billing
Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made via cash, check, or credit card. At this time we do not bill or accept insurance, however we do accept HSA cards.
